Hey there, World!
Yet again, I have been MIA in my blog. Things been quite busy, especially that lately my aunt that I have known for as long that I could remember passed away. Though we weren't that close, but even so, she is still my aunt. It was my first time in my life that I experience going through the whole process of taking care of a funeral.
A couple of weeks ago, my aunt, Cora Agustin, got hospitalized. I didn't know much the details, but after a few days, she was fine and got discharged. The following week, she got hospitalized again, and this time, her condition was critical and she was placed in the ICU. It started with her hypoglycemia, and then other complications started to surface. My mother went to the hospital to visit and the next day, she came with me. I saw her limp condition, with tubes connected to her. I watched her carefully as I noticed that her chest was going up and down from the oxygen. My cousin said that she had little chance of survival. She also said that we were given a choice, whether we end her life or let my aunt decide. My cousin chose to let her mother decide whether if she wants to live on or not. During our stay at hospital, we my mother and my cousin talked about what happened before she got hospitalized. I heard that she was craving food that she wasn't allowed to eat. I also heard that she put on some make up, which was unusual because she did it in the middle of the night. It seemed like she was getting ready for something... like getting ready to meet her late husband. My cousin cried as she was explaining to us what was her condition, and it is rare for her to cry. We went home and rested. The next day, March 11, she passed away around 3:00 AM. She died from heart attack.
Every thing happened too fast. I woke up on the same day that my aunt died, and found my mother packing our things. She told me, "Wala na si Tita Cora. Umayos ka na at pupunta tayong Batangas." I was in shock in hearing the news. Though for some reason, I halfly expected that she won't make it. But still I prayed that she would make it before that happened. We traveled to Batangas, and reached to the funeral services place. For some reason, the commute took forever and I dunno if it is because the feeling of knowing that somebody close to you passed away. I saw my cousin and it seemed she was fine, or she was trying to be strong. We stayed in the funeral services place because that is where the funeral was held. I had exams the next day so I told my mother about it. She told me that my father will pick me up to take me back to Binan. I slept and the next morning I went back home and took my exams and took my lessons and went back to Batangas. Friends and family came to mourn for her. My aunt's boyfriend was with us for the whole time.
The burial was on March 13, we started the procession at 1:30 PM. The music was making everybody cry, including myself. We all went to the church where the mass was taken place. During the mass, my cousin felt uneasy. She said that her heart was palpitating. At the end of the mass, everybody gathered around her to see if she was okay. Another cousin of mine aided her since she is a doctor, while another relative of mine held her hand said some prayers (because she is a nun.) In the end, she cried her heart out. She may have hid all of her sadness because she needs to be strong, but in the end she just let it all out. She refused to go to the cemetery until her mother's coffin was inside the grave. After a while, she came and prayed for her mother.
Now my mother is the only one left that is from her family. It is quite sad when you think about it and I don't like the idea of losing her also shortly after. I would be devastated if she were to be gone and not able to live longer than she should be. I just hope that she will live long enough to at least see grandchildren.
I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon.

Facts About Me
Hey there, World!
Well, today I felt like writing something that is about myself... and I am not going to write it like I am going to write my story in Maalaala Mo Kaya, I am just going to write down some interesting facts about me (interesting to me that is) in numerical order.
1. I have a pretty decent singing voice, but not the kind that can be for contests.
2. My birthday is at the end of every year, which is December 31.
3. Ironically, I am afraid of hearing loud noises from fireworks and popping balloons. I am quite jumpy that way.
4. I currently have three cats and they all look the same except for the size.
5. One time when I was small, I almost drowned in a public pool, but my big brother saved me.
6. My eyesight is like the eyesight of an old lady.
7. I tried drawing before but drawing doesn't like me.
8. Culinary arts was suppose to be my choice but because of money I just went for BSBA.
9. From elementary to high school I was such a lazy girl, like I don't want to do homework and I don't study... amazing that I reached this far.
10. English is like my mother tongue because I watch english cartoons growing up. Also video games contributed to my english speaking skills.
11. I am bad at Filipino subjects. My PUPCET score for Filipino is really low.
12. I like sleeping with my head covered with a pillow.
13. I don't go out that much, but I get excited if I go to somewhere new.
14. I used to be a weaboo but now I am past that phase.
15. The only exam that I had a perfect score is a Computer subject.
Well, that's all that I could think of that is interesting about me. I hope you learned something new about me.
I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)

Random Post #1
Hey there, World!
It has been a while since I wrote again. I just have been finding inspiration for some material for my blog, but it seems I couldn't think of anything that is not boring. Sometimes my diary part of my blog can be quite boring, it is like I am rambling to a friend about my day to day activities. But then it is my personal blog so I guess I shouldn't complain much.
This is actually the third time that I changed my topic for this post. The first was about conflicts, and the second is about inspiration. This is the topic that I chose because well it is something that I am more familiar of, which is trying to find inspiration. I want to be inspired to start writing but it seems it doesn't want to get near me.
I did thought of trying again to write that fantasy story that I have mentioned a while back, but I am not that confident that it will be a hit. But then I thought, maybe I should try a different type of story. Why not? I could just write it here in my personal blog instead of creating a new one. The funny thing is that I suddenly thought of that as I type this post. So, maybe in the near future you will see a chapter of a story and I will just post it little by little.
I am quite rambling about random things right now. So... I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)

The HR Convention
Hey there, World!
Before I start rambling about my topic, I would like to apologize that I have not been active for over a week. I have been busy lately with schoolwork and such. Also, it's because I can't get more load for mobile data.
A couple of weeks ago, my friend asked me if I would like to come with them at the 6th Annual HR Convention at the Hotel Rembrandt. I didn't want to go at first because of money but my friend convinced me that I should go because it's an international event and the certificate would be worth it. I thought for a second, and then I said, yeah sure, why not? So I asked for our classmate to sign me up for the event.
I was quite worried about the money because the pre-registration payment was on the next day. And so I asked my mother for some money to at least pay it. I am not the kind who asks money from my parents because... well, I dunno... I guess it's because of our financial condition right now that I can't even have more than PHP100 to have as weekly allowance.
Anyway, I got the money and paid the fee. Then, I got a lanyard and an ID card. Since, Hotel Rembrandt is at Quezon City, I had to get more money for the commute (we don't have a service vehicle to take us there). My mother was quite considerate to give me commute money.
Then, the day before the event, we agreed to meet up somewhere at 4:30 AM. Since it was too early, I had to adjust my body clock to sleep earlier because these days, I am always sleeping around 2 AM (and I'm doing it again right now). Since it was too early and too dark to go, my mother told me to go with my father at the meeting place.
I woke up at 2:30 AM and I started preparing myself. Then I went to the meeting place with my father. I was a bit surprised because most of my companions were wearing skirts while there were two of us wearing slacks, and in my mind I was thinking, "Are they going to be comfortable while commuting?" Then again, the guidelines said that to wear our best business attire. Though I did thought of wearing a skirt for that day, but I discarded the thought.
So, we commuted and stuff until we reached to the hotel. We stood in line first before entering. There were other schools who were with us for the event. As we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles of the event organizers in modern FilipiƱana dresses and ombre barongs. The event was at the ballroom which is in the fifth floor. We used an elevator to get there. As we went up, we heard that there were some music. When the elevator doors opened, we saw bamboo instrument players playing.
While waiting for the event to start, those bamboo instrument players played for the audience a few songs. The music was fun and we were amazed that these people were making music using bamboo instruments.
When we sat down there was a small black bag sitting on our chairs. Inside it were freebies and fliers from the event's sponsors. It was just mostly fliers, a notebook, a couple of pens, white chocolates, medicine, candies, pieces of paper from the hotel, and those round flexible fans.
The event started and we sat for hours. I started to feel sleepy and my butt was starting to hurt for sitting too long. The first speaker was a HR head froma TV channel. The second one was a CEO of a company from Singapore. The third one, a business man from Thailand, made most of the girls swoon because he was good looking and stuff. The last one was a celebrity from a differnt TV station. His words were funny at the same time motivational.
The food was I thought that our pre-registration fee was for lunch only, but it turns out that merienda was part of the fee too. The lunch was a noodle soup or a sopas (people said it was tastless, but I say otherwise), two pieces of fish fillet, and some chopsuey. The merienda was only palabok and puto, though I didn't enjoy it that much because palabok is my least favorite dishes to eat.
There was a raffle draw during and after the programme but since only one of us got a price, we just went home instead.
After that convention it was tiring but rewarding. I learned quite a lot and I do hope that I would go and use what I learned in the corporate world.
I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)

Neko Atsume Kitty Collector - Let's Collect Cats!
Hey there, World!
A couple of weeks ago, I downloaded this game app, and it's named, "Neko Atsume." I see my cousin/niece play this game whenever we are together and she recommended it to me. At first I wasn't that interested (even though that I'm a cat person) because well, it is just a game that you buy stuff for cats, lay it on the ground and wait for cats to come and play with the stuff you bought. But I got pretty much interested in it when I started seeing it in a page from Facebook. I decided to give it a try because first of all it piqued my interest, and secondly, I was bored. The moment that I played it, I got hooked instantly.
Neko Atsume or Cat Collection in Japanese, is a cat collecting mobile game developed by Hit-Point for iOS and Android. The game's objective is basically attracting cats with food and toys, and collecting them by taking their pictures. You don't really get to keep the cats once you have taken their picture. These cats come and go to your yard to eat and play.
You get food and toys by buying them. Some items cost silver fish, and some cost with gold fish. And how do you get this currency, you may ask? Why, you get them from the cats that visit your yard!
Cats will reward you or gift you with "fish" money for playing with the toys you have laid for them. The amount of money depends on how long they have used the item. Sometimes if the cat is really generous, they would give you gold fish. You use the money to buy food, toys, and even expand the area to put more toys.
When you have placed the toy and food on a spot, you will have to close the app and come back again in about 10-20 minutes. When you come back, you will be welcomed with a cute cat that is playing with your toy. They automatically add to your catbook once they have visited your yard, but you need to visit often if you don't want to miss out that a new cat has visited. You can check out the cats in their profile by tapping on them or opening their profile in the catbook.
Different items attract different cats, the more items you place means more cats to discover. There are almost 50 cats to discover, though some rare ones require specific items.
I have played Neko Atsume for days and I just love this game and its cuteness. I don't know what will happen if you discover all of the cats, because I can't buy every item yet, but I look forward to meet every cat to fill my catbook. Every time I open this game I only open it for a few minutes then I'm done. It's a type a game that makes you go, "Oh! I remember that I need to check on my cats." whenever you do nothing.
I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)

My Apologies and A Corny Story
Hey there, World!
I know I said that I'll be posting my Prologue for my story, but I did my research about writing stories in blogs. After reading some articles, I got a bit discouraged by it. But don't worry, I'll still write the story that I have in mind and maybe someday I will post it here.
So, for now I'll be cancelling my plans on writing the story. I know I said that I'll post it but I didn't so my apologies for not keeping my word. In the mean time, I would like to share a story that I made years ago. It's quite long but I hope it doesn't bore you. I found it in my Facebook notes and when I read it, wasn't that cringe-worthy that I thought (only at the ending.) Also, the notes that I added at the top were just 2011 me talking. So, this is a sample of my story writing. Though it is from years ago, my writing right now maybe different from back then.
I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: I hate the ending! It's corny! I just couldn't think of a better ending...
Note#2: It's very long... so... just go with it!
There were once two childhood friends, a boy and a girl. The boy’s name was Ethan and the girl’s name was Hazel. They are both like brother and sister because both of them are only child in the family and they’re usually together. Ethan is only months older than Hazel but they’re in the same year level and they don’t care about who’s older or younger. Ethan always teases Hazel about everything she does and she always gives him a hit on the head.
At first, on their middle school years, Ethan has a crush on Hazel, but he didn’t realize that that crush grew to liking her when they entered high school. And now they are in junior year and it grew even bigger.
It was lunch time, and Ethan and Hazel, along with their other friends, ate lunch together. Ethan couldn’t stop looking at Hazel and he’s always spacing out all the time. His friend, Chris, noticed this. “Hey, looking at your lover I see.” Chris said. “Shh!! Shut up! They might hear!” Ethan said as he covered Chris’ mouth. Chris is the only person that knew that Ethan likes Hazel; even his mom knows that he likes Hazel. “Well, when are you gonna tell you-know-who that you like her?” Chris said. Ethan kept on eating and didn’t say a word. Chris sighed and said, “You better tell her that you like her, and besides, didn’t she tell you that she likes someone else?” Ethan still didn’t speak and kept on eating. He had gotten more depressed that Chris mentioned about Hazel liking someone else.
It was the afternoon, and Hazel and Ethan we’re walking home together. They’ve been like this since freshman year. It’s what they do every day after school. They bought some ice cream just to satisfy their hunger. Then as they we’re walking, Hazel’s ice cream fell. Ethan chuckled, “Ha ha! Your ice cream fell and mine’s still stable!” he said and sticks his tongue out at Hazel. She hit him on the back of the head “Ugh! You’re such a kid!” she said, and his nose hit on his ice cream. Hazel laughed a little, “Ha ha ha! You have ice cream on your nose!” she said as she pointed on his nose. “Oh great, it’s ruined! It’s all your fault!” Ethan said. “My fault? If you didn’t tease me then it wouldn’t be ruined.” Hazel said. Ethan didn’t say a word and wiped of his nose. “Aw…” Hazel said “I was supposed to take a picture of you having ice cream on your nose” Ethan looked at her, “Huh? Why?” he asked. Hazel smiled and said, “Because you looked so cute with it!” Ethan blushed even that he knows that she meant that in a friendly way. Ethan started to space out and looked at her for a while and he can hear his heart beating fast. Hazel noticed this and she pinched his cheeks. “Ow! What did you do that for?” Ethan said. “You were spacing out again!” Hazel said. “Oh… sorry…” Ethan said. “Man, you’ve been like that since freshman year.” She said. Ethan didn’t say a word he just bowed his head.
Then suddenly, Hazel saw somebody, “Oh my!” she said. “What? What’s wrong?” Ethan asked. “Look! It’s him! It’s Mike! The guy that I like! The one that I told you about!” Hazel said. Ethan looked and he saw the guy then he got a little jealous. “…Hey, isn’t that the guy from the other section?” Ethan said. “Yeah, but I notice him everyday cause he’s so cool and so cute!” Hazel said. She was blushing and she couldn’t stop smiling when she saw Mike. “So… want me to call him?” Ethan said. Hazel got shocked, “Really? You’ll do that?” She asked “Of course! Anything for you…” Ethan said. Hazel blushed a little when he said that. “HEY MIKE! COME OVER HERE!” Ethan yelled. Hazel got shocked again, “HUH?! I thought that you’re gonna call him?!” Hazel said.
“I am calling him… HEY YOU! GET OVER HERE!” Ethan said
“I-I thought that you’re gonna call him on the phone!”
“Oh… that what you thought…? Uh… hmm… …Oh well, HEY! C’MON! MY FRIEND HERE WANTS TO TALK TO YOU!”
Hazel hit Ethan on the head again, “You idiot!” she said. “Ow… that hurts… and that’s not because you hit me…” he said. Then Mike came, “Hey, what’s with the big idea? Why did you call me?” Mike said. “Well… uh…” Hazel said. She could barely talk because she’s talking to Mike. “She wants to ask you out on a date.” Ethan suddenly said. Hazel looked at Ethan. “Oh, is that so? Heh… well… since that you’re cute… sure, I’ll go out with you.” Mike said with a smile. Ethan got shocked that Mike accepted the invitation and at the same time, he felt hurt and jealousy and he tries not to show it. “Let’s meet at the Town Plaza. Saturday, 3 pm.” Mike said and then he left. As soon that he left, Hazel couldn’t stop smiling. And Ethan notices this, “Can you wipe off that dorky grin of yours? You’re starting to look stupid…” he said and he got hit on the head again just because of that, “But aren’t you happy that I finally gonna have a date with him! For two years I have waited for this day to happen and its all thanks to you! You’re the best, best friend that I ever have!” Hazel said with a grin. Ethan still felt jealous even that he set them up on a date.
Ethan told about it to Chris, “What?! You set them up on a date?! Why would you do that?! I thought you like Hazel?!” Chris scolded to Ethan. “I do like her!” Ethan said, still feeling regret for what he did. Chris sighed, “Then stop their date, ruin it!” He said. “I can’t do that! If I do that, Hazel will hate me and will never speak to me again! I just want her to be happy… so I’m letting her date that Mike guy… Damn it… this is such a pain…” Ethan said. Chris patted Ethan’s back, “It’s alright man, maybe the date won’t go well.” He said. Ethan sighed and said, “I wish…”
Monday, another school day. Hazel was walking at the halls with a big smile on her face. She approached to Ethan. “So… how’s the date with Mike?” he asked. Hazel’s smile turned into a grin, “It was great! Me and Mike had fun! I am so happy right now! And he said that we can have a second date! Thanks again Ethan!” she said then she hugged Ethan. He was getting worried that Mike and Hazel will officially end up together and she won’t let Mike go. He’s feeling awfully depressed. Hazel looked at him, “Hey! What’s with the long face?” she asked. “Nothing… it’s just that… if you ever end up with Mike… you might forget me… you might forget our Saturday night hangouts…” he said. Hazel smiled, “Aw, don’t worry! I won’t forget all about that! Especially you, you’re my best friend! Don’t worry, we’ll still have our Saturday night hangouts, I promise!” she said.
Ethan said it again to Chris about Hazel’s date. “I told you that it’s gonna end up in a good date!” Chris said. “What? You never said anything like that! You only said, ‘Maybe it won’t go well’!” Ethan said as he was eating his lunch. “Even so… what are you going to do? I mean I’m sure on that second date, they’ll end up holding hands, or cuddling, or maybe even kiss.” Chris said. “Shut up! Are you trying to make me feel even worse?” Ethan said. “Sorry man, I’m just looking at the possibilities.” Chris said. Ethan didn’t say a word.
At the afternoon, Ethan and Chris went to the mall just for a while. Then Chris spotted Mike with his friends. “Hey, look its Mike.” Chris said to Ethan. “Huh, where?” Ethan asked. Chris pointed where Mike was. Ethan looked at Mike and thought of Hazel. “…Wait here, I’ll just go talk to him.” Ethan said and approached to Mike. “Hey, Mike…” Ethan said. Mike looked at Ethan, “Oh, hey, it’s you! What’s up?” he said. “Uh… can we talk privately?” Ethan said and he left. Mike followed Ethan.
“So… what is it?” Mike asked to Ethan.
“It’s about Hazel… she… told me something…” Ethan said.
“Okay, what?”
“She said… she said that she doesn’t want to have a second date with you.”
“What? But why?”
“She… uh… she doesn’t really like you… she thought she did but after the date she suddenly doesn’t like you.”
“Oh… too bad…”
“I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay. I guess I’ll have to cancel our date.”
After that, Ethan went back to Chris. “Oh, hey, what did you tell him?” Chris asked. “I told him… I told him that Hazel didn’t like him.” Ethan said. “What?! You lied to him that Hazel didn’t like him?!” Chris blurted. Ethan nodded. “Man… You’ll be dead when Hazel finds out about this.” Chris said. Ethan didn’t say anything.
One night, Hazel went to Ethan’s house and she knocked on the door. Ethan’s mom answered the door. “Oh, hello Hazel.” Ethan’s mother said. “Hi Auntie, I’m just gonna go talk to Ethan for a sec.” Hazel said. “Oh, okay, please come in.” Ethan’s mother said.
“No, it’s okay, I’ll just talk to him here outside, it’ll only take a while anyway.” Hazel said. Ethan’s mother called him and Ethan went down stairs. He saw Hazel and he has a bad feeling. He then went outside to talk to her. “Hey Hazel, what’s up?” and right after he said that, Hazel suddenly slapped him on the face. “Why the hell did you do that for?!” Ethan yelled. Then Hazel looked at Ethan with her tearful eyes. “Because! You ruined it! You ruined it!” Hazel cried.
“Ruined what?” Ethan said.
“My date with Mike! “
Ethan didn’t speak he just bowed his head a little.
“He cancelled it because he thought that I don’t like him… and it’s because you told him that lie!”
“…”
“Why… why did you told him that?! You’re the one who helped me to get a date with him, but you’re the one who ruined it! You know that I like him!”
“…Hazel…”
“I just don’t understand…” Hazel’s tears continue to drop one by one. Ethan doesn’t like seeing Hazel cry. “… You’re right! I did tell him that lie!” Ethan yelled. “Then why… why did you tell him that?” Ethan didn’t speak he turned his head a little. “I’m sorry… I can’t…” Ethan said. Hazel looked at Ethan firmly, “Ethan, you have to tell me, so we can never fight like this again. I don’t like fighting with you…” Hazel said. Ethan shook his head, “I’m sorry, I’m still not gonna tell you.” He said. Hazel became furious, “Then fine! Be that way!” she yelled and left with tears on her eyes. Ethan became furious too. Not to Hazel but to himself. Ethan entered the house with his head down. He saw his mother right in front of him. “Honey, are you alright?” his mom said. “I’m alright mom…” Ethan said trying to hide his frustration. “Are you sure?” his mom said. “I said I’m alright!” Ethan yelled. His mom was surprised, as so did he, “…I’m sorry mom…” he said with his voice low. “It’s alright… …It’s hard to have a fight with someone… especially with the one you love.” His mother said. Ethan became quiet and thought that she’s right, it is hard. He went upstairs, lied on his bed and thought about the fight he had with Hazel.
The next day, Ethan approach to Mike again and they talked privately. “So, what do you want?” Mike asked.
“I want you to have a date with Hazel again.” Ethan said directly.
“What? I thought you said that she doesn’t like me?”
“I did… I lied.”
“Oh… then… why did you lie to me?”
“…”
“You like her, don’t you?”
“!!! … How did you know…?”
“It’s pretty obvious that that was the reason why you lied to me.”
“… Please, just have a date with her already. I’m tired of her ignoring me like a stranger…”
“…Okay, in one condition…”
“What?”
“You stay away from her.”
“What?!” Ethan said and he grabbed Mike’s shirt, “Why would I stay away from her? She’s my best friend!”
“Fine! If you don’t want to see her happy again!” Mike said. Ethan calmed down and he let go of his shirt. It’s a sign that he accepted the deal on avoiding Hazel.
At that night, Ethan’s cell phone rang he picked it up and it was Hazel. “Ethan! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!” Hazel said. “Huh? For what?” Ethan asked.
“For telling Mike the truth! And now he asked me out on a date!”
“Oh, well, I just wanted you to be happy.”
“Oh I am! Thank you so much! You really are the best, best friend ever!”
“…It’s a good thing that you called… I’m getting pretty lonely here.”
“Oh, should I go over there?”
“No, no need. I’m gonna go to sleep anyway.”
“Okay… good night.”
“Good night” Then Ethan hung up he felt sad that he talked to Hazel for the very last time and it was on the phone too.
Since that night, Hazel has been dating Mike again. And soon after that, they already became boyfriend and
girlfriend. But Hazel hasn’t told it to Ethan yet because she hasn’t talked to him since they talked on the phone one other night. She tried calling him, but he didn’t answer his phone, he just let it ring. She tried calling him again and again until she texted him. As he opens the message, it reads, “Hey, Ethan guess what? Me and Mike are boyfriend and girlfriend now! I’m so happy! Hey, why didn’t you answer your phone? I was trying to call you for like a hundred times already.” And after Ethan read the message, he didn’t reply to her. Then at school, Hazel hasn’t been with Ethan for a while since she’s always with Mike all the time. Ethan always looks at Hazel at a distance, watching her talk to her guy. And when Hazel caught him looking at her, she waves at him, but he doesn’t wave back. He just smiles at her and walks away. Hazel was getting worried for Ethan and she wants to talk to him about it.
Saturday night, the same night when Hazel and Ethan used to hangout together. She knocks on the door, and Ethan’s mother answered the door again. “Oh, hello there Hazel. I haven’t seen you for a while.” Ethan’s mother said. “You too… uhm… can I talk to Ethan? But don’t call him; I’ll just go to his room.” Hazel said. Ethan’s mother let her in and she went upstairs and to his room. She knocked on the door. “Mom… I’m not in the mood to talk right now.” Ethan whined. He heard another knock. “Mom, please, not right now…” He said. He still hears the knocks. He got frustrated and he suddenly opened the door and he saw Hazel’s face. His heart pounded as soon he saw her. “H-Hazel… what are you doing here?” Ethan asked. “…I want to talk to you.” Hazel answered. Ethan let her in and closed the door. Ethan sat down on the bed and so did Hazel but they keep their distance from each other. “Ethan… I wanna ask you something…” Hazel said
“Okay, what?” Ethan said.
“…Since you… asked Mike to date me again, we haven’t been talking or been hanging out together like we always do. And I wanna ask… are you ignoring me?”
“… …”
“I mean, you haven’t been calling me or you never answer your phone whenever I call. You barely look at me when I look at you. What’s going on? Why are you acting this way?”
“… If I tell you the reason… you won’t be happy about it.”
“Ethan please, just tell me.”
Ethan stood up and folded his arms and took a few steps forward, “I just… I just can’t…” he said. Hazel stood up too, “Please Ethan, tell me… …I miss you… I miss you when you’re not with me…” she said. Ethan blushed when he heard that. He unfolded his arms and turned around to look at Hazel. He wants to tell her the reason why he’s acting like this, but if he does, Hazel won’t be happy, and break up with the guy she liked. But then, he realized, he likes Hazel too. In fact, he has learned to love her and he wants to be with her. “…Alright… …Before you and Mike dated again, we made a deal…” he said. Hazel listens every word that he says. “For you to date with Mike again, I have to… I have to stay away from you.” He continued. Hazel was shocked for what she heard. She bowed her head a little. “I have to do it so I can see you smile again, and you won’t get mad at me…” Ethan said. He saw a tear fell from Hazel’s face. He hugged her just to comfort her. “I’m sorry…” he whispered. “I knew that you won’t be happy when you know this.” Hazel looked at Ethan with her tearful eyes, “No… I’M sorry… if I weren’t so selfish… then… I would still be with you by now.” She said. Ethan just looked at her and he lets go of Hazel. He wiped off a tear from her face. Then Hazel wiped her own tears and she was going to leave. “Hey, where are you going?” Ethan asked. Hazel turned around and looked at him firmly; “I’m going to get things done!” she said and left the room.
Ethan started his Monday as a peaceful day. But then, he found himself tackled by some guy. People turned their heads and saw what was happening. Ethan looked up and it was Mike. He was beating Ethan nonstop like a maniac. “Stop! What are you doing, why the hell are you beating me up?!” Ethan yelled. “Because you broke us up!” Mike yelled and continued punching him. “We broke up because she knew about our deal! Why did you tell her?!”
“She asked about it! I just couldn’t help but tell her! I-I’m sorry!” Ethan yelled.
“Sorry is not enough!” Mike yelled. He was going to punch him on the face, really hard, “STOP!!!” but he got interrupted. Hazel pulled Mike away from Ethan and she protected him. “Hazel!” Ethan said. “Hazel… …get out of the way! I’m not finished with that guy yet! Mike said. Hazel shook her head, “No!” she said.
“What?”
“I said no! I won’t let you hurt Ethan again!”
“But… but he broke us up!”
“Shut up! He didn’t break us up… I did! And if you’re not happy about it, then hit me on the face too!” Hazel yelled. Mike didn’t move he just looked at her. He put down his fist and bowed his head, “…I can’t… I can’t do that to you…” Mike said. Hazel picked Ethan up and said, “Then leave us alone…” she took Ethan with her and left Mike with the crowd. Mike just looked at them go. He felt regret and sadness. He then realized that he has feelings for Hazel.
Hazel took Ethan to the infirmary to treat his wounds on his face. As she was treating him, he was looking at Hazel and his heart was pounding. Hazel suddenly cried, “!! Why are you crying?” Ethan asked. Hazel wiped of her tears, “I’m sorry… if… if I only knew that guy’s personality towards you, then this wouldn’t happen… I’m sorry… I’m really sorry…” Hazel said. Her tears keep on running down her face. “Its… it’s not your fault, it’s mine… if I didn’t ruin your date, then this wouldn’t even happen.” Ethan said. “No, it’s really my fault… if I weren’t so selfish then you won’t get beaten up like this.” Hazel said. “But still… it really is my fault…” Ethan said.
“No, it’s mine.” Hazel said
“It’s mine.”
“I said it’s my fault!”
“It’s not your fault! It’s mine!”
“…”
“…”
After they argued, they laughed because they we’re arguing about who’s fault is it. Then it became quiet. Ethan looked at Hazel and his heart was pounding, he’s feeling nervous all of a sudden. “Hazel… I…” Hazel suddenly hugged Ethan just before he finishes his sentence. Ethan blushed, “…Hazel?”
“…Ethan… you’re very important to me… and I don’t want to be separated from you… you’re very special to me…” Hazel said and she was blushing. Ethan also blushed when he heard that. “Ethan… … I love you…” Hazel whispered. Ethan’s heart raced and he hugged Hazel. “Hazel… I love you too… I loved you for a long time now… but I didn’t have the courage to say it to you until now…” Ethan said.
Then after that, everything came back to normal, except that they are now a couple. They’re back on their own ways, but much sweeter than before.

Pizza and Deadpool
Hey there, World!
Today was quite tiring but fun. My boyfriend suddenly asked me to go to the mall with him and watch a movie with him and his friend. I said sure but since it was sudden I had to get through telling my parents that I'm going somewhere. Well I did tell them and they were fine with it. I'm 20 anyway so they can't do anything when I'm old enough to go somewhere.
The last time I was in a cinema to watch a movie, was when "Harry Potter and the Philsopher's Stone" was showing. Yes, it was way back and I was very young. I cried a lot because I didn't like the loud sounds coming from the cinema speakers.
Anyway, we went to SM Sta. Rosa and went straight ahead to the cinema to get tickets. I didn't bring my ID, if I did then there might be a discount. After getting them, we know that the next one will be at 3:00. It was 2:30 and we decided to eat some pizza first because I was craving it. After ordering our food, it was taking a while for our order to be served. We ordered the meal for two one while my boyfriend's friend ordered the two piece chicken with flavored rice. While waiting, my boyfriend and his friend were talking and I'm just quiet. It's not that I can't relate to what they were talking about, I'm just really don't talk much. It's like I'm the third wheel instead of his friend, but I like to listen anyway. I'm more of a listener than a talker.
Our soup for the meal for two promo was served first, the waitress said that the food was taking a while because something's processing or whatever. I knew that we were late for the first part of the movie but it's fine instead of eating pizza after watching. I was suppose to be back by 5:00 anyway.
After eating, we bought popcorn and went in to the cinema. We were around 30 minutes late but like I said, it was fine. We entered at the part where the main character was telling about his past. All throughout the movie I enjoyed it with all of the fourth-wall breaking and the killings and the funny lines that Deadpool releases. Deadpool was pretty badass and I'm a sucker for characters who have badass fighting styles. Sometimes when I'm watching action, I view it in a gamer's perspective. Like I see HP bars when there's a fight.
There wasn't much special effects because Deadpool's ability is to regenerate. He likes to talk to the audience, hence, he is breaking the fourth wall. There were certain scenes that made me feel a bit uneasy, but at least those scenes aren't too graphical. After the movie it was a quarter to 5:00. Good thing we already ate before watching.
Overall, I had fun. I guess it was a Valentine's treat from my boyfriend, even though that there was someone whose with us. After all that, I felt like wanting to watch the next movie that's gonna show (unless if it's a horror film, then nope).
I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)
